Rule 42
Notice of question
(1) Any member who wants to ask a question in the meeting should inform the opening secretary including the following:-
(a) the question sought to be asked, and
(b) Minister concerned with the question (2) If the notice of question is signed by more than one member, the member who signs first shall be deemed to have given the notice in accordance with sub-rule (1). But if the first signatory member is absent, there will be no hindrance to maintain the questions of the questioners in order.
(3) If more than one member gives notice of a question on the same subject, only the first question in the registration order will be maintained. But the speaker will read out the names of all the questioning members in the meeting.
